Find it. Filter it. Change it.   New Outlook-style trip screen lets you work much more efficiently.  Point-and-click to view general trip information or specific detail (trip leg) information. Auto complete feature allow you to find origins, destinations, events, and drivers with a few keystrokes. Auto Add feature lets you add them on the fly - without having to go to another screen.  Drop down date selector (Today, This week, This month, etc.) allows you  to quickly find trips by date.  Trip filter allows you to filter by trip type (Athletic, Education, Field),  company/district or contracted trips, and by status (Unconfirmed, Confirmed, Refused, and Cancelled).  Filter by customer, origin, destination, event, driver or contractor.    Trip History.  Who changed it. When they changed it. A trip history of changes or additions made is tracked and the user, date and time of the change is recorded automatically. Records what the information looked like prior to the change and what the information was changed to.   Recurring Trips. All the information at a glance. For trips that occur more than once during the year, simply select a date range and  days of the week to duplicate, and Trip Aide will automatically generate the trips for you.    Trip Reminders.  You now have the ability to mark trips and enter reminder notes for each trip.  For example, use this feature to notify you that information needs to be entered or reviewed. Use the new filter screen to quickly find all trips that are marked with reminders.   Times. Departure, Return, and Report times. Create departure and return time preferences to automatically fill in actual depart and return times at 15,30,45 and 60 minutes intervals from Report times.   Vehicle Assignment. Automatically pulls up vehicle for the selected driver.   Customize Trip Cost Calculations. Calculate by vehicle type, flat rate, or standard driver salary + mileage cost + surcharges.    Trip Slips. Clear and concise. Includes driver information, origin, destination, event, times, signature lines and directions for each driver. Select from over ten different formats, including graphical versions to help your drivers pinpoint specific information.     Canadian/Euro/British version now available. Currency, dates, and verbiage are now customizable based on your country.
